SGN Place is a property development subsidiary of SGN , focused on regenerating brownfield land like gasholders and former industrial sites into prosperous, sustainable residential and commercial developments.

Supporting an ambitious programme of regeneration, it aims to deliver 3000 homes on empty sites by 2030, bringing disused land back into use for the community and delivering economic and social benefit.

We provide land and development opportunities south of the River Thames in London and throughout the home counties, as well as in Scotland.
